Teaching, facilitating, moving forward.

Lectures and teaching assignments at universities. Workshops for teams, school leadership, and boards. Always with concrete questions, never with a standard programme.

Teaching and facilitating follow the same logic: not transferring content, but opening spaces. In a teaching assignment it is the thinking space of the students. In a workshop it is the decision space of a team. Both require listening before speaking.

My focus areas are addiction prevention, digital sovereignty, and organisational development. All three are connected: systems that control people, and people who control systems — or don’t.

I teach the way I consult: with concrete cases, with discomfort, without gloss. Workshop topics don’t come from a catalogue — they emerge from the conversation beforehand.

“Digital sovereignty is a phrase that fits on PowerPoint slides and rarely happens in practice.”
